• Project & photo data - images you upload, project names, client names, and event details.
• Gallery visitor data - IP address and user-agent recorded when a visitor views a gallery, used solely for analytics shown to the photographer.
• Selfie scans - selfie images uploaded for face-search are processed in memory and never stored on disk.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To provide and operate the platform.
• To display gallery analytics to the owning photographer.
• To enforce storage and usage limits per your subscription tier.
• We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

3. Data Storage & Security

Photos are stored on our servers. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data.

4. Data Retention

Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may delete projects and photos at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact us.

5. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
