By accessing or using ALBM.IN ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
These terms apply to all users of ALBM.IN, including photographers who register accounts and visitors who view galleries.
You may use ALBM.IN only for lawful purposes. You agree not to attempt unauthorised access, interfere with platform integrity, or scrape data without consent.
As a registered photographer, you are solely responsible for all content you upload, obtaining necessary consents from clients, and keeping your credentials secure.
You must not upload content that is illegal, defamatory, obscene, infringes intellectual property rights, or violates the privacy of any individual. We reserve the right to remove violating content and suspend accounts.
Subscription fees are billed in INR and are non-refundable unless required by law. Plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By uploading, you grant ALBM.IN a limited licence to store and deliver that content solely for operating the platform on your behalf.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
ALBM.IN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
