By accessing or using ALBM.IN ("the platform", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms apply to all users of ALBM.IN, including photographers who register accounts and visitors who view galleries. Use of the platform constitutes full acceptance of these terms.

2. Use of the Platform

You may use ALBM.IN only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the platform without prior written consent.

3. Photographer Responsibilities

As a registered photographer, you are solely responsible for:

• All content you upload, including photos, project names, and client information.
• Obtaining all necessary consents from your clients before uploading their images or personal data.
• Keeping your login credentials confidential and secure.
• Any activity that occurs under your account.

4. Prohibited Content

You must not upload or share content that:

• Is illegal, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party intellectual property rights.
• Contains malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Depicts minors in any inappropriate or exploitative manner.
• Violates the privacy or publicity rights of any individual.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms and to suspend or terminate accounts accordingly.

5. Subscription & Payment

ALBM.IN offers free and paid subscription tiers. By upgrading to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

• Subscription fees are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable unless required by law.
• Your plan renews automatically each month unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
• Downgrading your plan may result in reduced storage limits. Content exceeding the new limit will not be deleted immediately, but new uploads may be restricted.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant ALBM.IN a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of operating the platform on your behalf.

The ALBM.IN name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be retained for a short period before permanent deletion, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ALBM.IN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
