This policy outlines the conditions under which ALBM.IN will issue refunds for paid subscription plans.
All subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun. Cancelling stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
We may issue a refund at our discretion if you were charged in error, double-charged, or the platform was unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to issues on our end. Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.
The free tier is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable to free accounts.
Email oddete.contact@gmail.com with subject "Refund Request", including your registered email, the charge date and amount, and a brief description. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
