1. Subscription Payments

All subscription fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you acknowledge that:

• Payments are non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.
• Cancelling your subscription stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period.
• You will retain access to your paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.

2. Exceptions

We may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion in the following circumstances:

• You were charged in error due to a technical fault on our end.
• You were double-charged for the same billing period.
• The platform was unavailable for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours) due to issues on our end, and you were unable to use the service.

Refund requests under these exceptions must be submitted within 7 days of the charge date.

3. Free Trial / Free Tier

The free tier of ALBM.IN is provided at no cost. No refunds are applicable to free accounts.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

• Your registered email address.
• The date and amount of the charge.
• A brief description of the reason for your request.

We will respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
